DAT Pilot Union (DPU) is the association for pilots employed in DAT. DPU is a member of FPU who is offering legal counselling and support for our members and the DPU board.

All our members are guaranteed professional legal advice and support through FPU, should they need it.

DPU works closely together with appointed working environment representatives to align collective agreements and company policies for a better working environment.

A membership of FPU and DPU opens a catalogue of member deals for private insurances, bank engagements, consumer club, private home security and much more.
As a united, active and collaborative group, we can not only make better agreements, but we can also be a valuable partner for the company.

The purpose of DPU
The association aim is to unite all pilots in DAT to safeguard its members’ interests concerning employment conditions and work environment. The association shall work in collaboration with the Flight Personnel Union (FPU) to improve social, working, and wage conditions within the framework of the Flight Personnel Union (FPU) and the activities of the joint union.
The association shall maintain close cooperation with other associations within the framework of FPU, as well as with the cabin crew in DAT. Further more, the association should promote collaboration with other associations on a Nordic and international level whenever possible.
